Policies

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or in person.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service fee.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payment methods.

Payments must be made in full at the time of service.

All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

For retail products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened items within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

For the safety and relaxation of all clients, children under 12 are not permitted in treatment areas. Guests are welcome in the lounge area but not in the treatment rooms.

Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications during your consultation.

We reserve the right to decline services if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for your health.

SKNLOUNGE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings safe during your visit.

Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless stated otherwise.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of service.

Our staff maintains the highest level of professionalism, and we ask the same from our clients.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service.
